Fueling Facilities Check Sheet

1. General Matters

a. In order to keep CNG equipments in operating condition, regular maintenance and 

periodic checking on operation must be performed.

b. Unless maintenance is performed and operation log is maintained, the warranty for the 

compressor package may be void.

c. A copy of the compressor operation log sheet is included in the operating manual.

2. Daily checkup items (by the user)

a. To check the crank case oil level

b. To check the blow-down oil and air compressor water drain

c. To check valve condition and abnormal noise

d. To log on the Compressor Log Sheet (pressure, temperature, motor load, etc.)

e. To check the oil consumption of lubricator and crankcase. 

f. To check pressure and temperature at each stage.

g. To check oil leakage at each area

3. Every 500 hours or a month

a. To check compressor capacity

b. To check the pressure and temperature at each stage

c. To check the motor current of the blower

d. To check gas leakage

5 To check leakage in safety valves
