Three times from Uzbekistan received 2-step loan from local Uzbek national bank, which took Korean Export Import Bank at low interest rates to build stations for delayed payment of Kwangshin equipment. Kwangshin company is verified and registered by Korean KEXIM and Korea Insurance Corporation.
