• Kwangshin is available any service in Russia, within 24 hours

Service Steps

•              First, Kwangshin will invite our customer’s engineer, to South Korea. Offer understanding logics of compressors, our factory production process 

and experience, to increase customers engineers understanding.

•              Second, when engineer returns to home country, we offer highly 

experienced Kwangshin engineers together, to visit the CNG station, 

and offer emergency service solution in addition to spare parts replacement, 

and repair procedures are learned.

•              Third, in addition, Kwangshin technicians will visit and offer training 

for local technicians warranty related know-how

•              Lastly, RSP policy is operated, and with Kwangshin’s own costs and 

assets, will bring to customers’ warehouse, spare parts stock. 

This is for service needs, and will offer fast supply and replacement, 

Kwangshin’s objective to absolutely minimize CNG station down time.
